The PS3 console is a popular household gaming console owned by many. As a PS3 owner you are very likely to experience some common PS3 problems ranging from flashing lights to Red screen or even YLOD (Yellow Light of Death). Great news, PlayStation 3 game save are moving ‘ to the cloud ‘! If you have suffered from the dreaded Red Light of Death (RLoD) or Yellow Light of Death (YLoD) like I have, this is welcome news from Sony! The only catch is that ‘ game saves to the cloud ‘ is available through a PlayStation Plus subscription. Now like I have mentioned, I have suffered data loss from the RLoD and I lost ALL my game saves..it SUCKED! A thing that can really ruin your day is the PS3 Flashing Yellow Light . I want to show you what you can do to get rid of this problem fast and permanently on your Playstation 3 console . Follow These Easy Steps to Stop the PS3 Flashing Yellow Light As crazy as it may seem, simply turning your console off and back on can sometimes rid you of the PlayStation 3 yellow light error. Do this first If that doesn’t work and you still have a yellow light flashing on your PS3, then unhook all the cords. Plug them back in now and try it again. Another trick to use, if the above 2 don’t work is to try cleaning all the dust off your PS3 and make sure it has room to breath. Overheating can cause flashing yellow lights. The final thing to do if the tips above don’t help is to disconnect your hard drive for about 15 minutes or so and let the PS3 “reset”. After that, hook it back up and try it again. But unlike the Xbox 360’s hardware issue, the YLOD affects only a very small percentage of PS3 units. Still, that must suck for those included in that "very small percentage". Well good news, folks! Yes! I can confirm that Rock Band 1 drums will and DO work with GUITAR HERO: WORLD TOUR on the Playstation 3. Today I found Rock Band 1 drums for $29.99 @ Futureshop. A GREAT price no matter how old the technology. If you can find the same deal or better, I urge you to pick up your own drum kit. There’s been a lot of hype on the soon to be released LittleBigPlanet for the Playstation 3. Last Friday (Oct. 3rd) I was lucky enough to find a beta key in my Inbox! I quickly began the download which took a few hours thanks to my 249k/s internet connection. But the next morning, I quickly installed the game and entered the LBP word. I have to say that the game really is cool and is worth the hype. Users can play together in different ‘worlds’ and CREATE worlds/levels as well! Boy, am i ever tired. Today I completed Guitar Hero III on the easy level. I’m a little proud of myself but I don’t feel I truely completed the game. I think to completed the game one has to at least be at the HARD level, right? Slash in Guitar Hero III battling it out. But so far, this MEDIUM level is pretty challenging. I’m starting to miss alot more notes than on EASY AND I’m loosing the crowd which is making me end the gig before the song is completed (no good at all). Either way, it’s still good clean fun. I have beat Tom Morello on the medium level however now I’m battling Slash and he’s one tough mother to keep up with. Alot more missed notes than ever before people! Looks like I’m gonna have run through the tutorials and get some practice on technique. LOL!
